Ninety plus former and current players and administrators celebrated the Central Squash Association’s 40th Jubilee on Saturday evening, 14th May 2005, in conjunction with the Central Open Champs.

Many old (and not so old) faces returned to the District including several former NZ champions and representatives, including; Charlie & Megan Waugh, Don Burmeister, Wayne ‘Spider’ Curtis, Andrew ‘Rabbi’ Sinclair, Les Drysdale, Gerald Haddon, Jill O’Brien, Dennis Sharrock and Merv & Jean Tapp. Central Squash Life members Lois Mills, Andrew Doig, Joss Urbahn, Graeme Randolph and Brick Mathieson also attended.
